(3)液壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力太低(di)。控(kong)制(zhi)管路(lu)中節(jie)流阻力可能過大,流量閥調節(jie)不(bu)(bu)當,控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力不(bu)(bu)合適,壓(ya)(ya)力源受到干擾(rao)。此時應檢(jian)查控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力源,保證壓(ya)(ya)力調節(jie)到系(xi)統(tong)的規定值。
(4)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)中進入空氣。主要是(shi)因為系(xi)統(tong)中有泄漏發生。此時應(ying)(ying)檢查(cha)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油(you)(you)箱的液(ye)(ye)(ye)位,液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵吸油(you)(you)側的密(mi)封(feng)件和管(guan)接頭,吸油(you)(you)粗(cu)濾器是(shi)否太臟。若(ruo)如(ru)此,應(ying)(ying)補充(chong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油(you)(you),處理密(mi)封(feng)及管(guan)接頭,清(qing)洗(xi)或更換粗(cu)濾芯(xin)。





(5)液壓(ya)缸(gang)初(chu)始動(dong)作(zuo)緩慢(man)。在(zai)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度較(jiao)低的情(qing)況下,液壓(ya)油(you)黏(nian)度大,流(liu)動(dong)性差,導致液壓(ya)缸(gang)動(dong)作(zuo)緩慢(man)。改善(shan)方法是,更(geng)換黏(nian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)性能較(jiao)好的液壓(ya)油(you),在(zai)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下可借助(zhu)加熱器(qi)(qi)或用(yong)機器(qi)(qi)自身加熱以提升啟動(dong)時(shi)的油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),系(xi)統正常工(gong)作(zuo)油(you)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)應保持在(zai)40℃左(zuo)右。
2、工作時不能(neng)驅動(dong)負載
主要(yao)表現為活(huo)塞桿停位不準、推(tui)力不足、速度下降、工作不穩(wen)定等,其原(yuan)因是(shi):
1、液壓缸設計間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)不(bu)當產(chan)生的低(di)速(su)爬行(xing),液壓缸內(nei)部(bu)活(huo)塞和(he)缸體、活(huo)塞桿(gan)和(he)導(dao)向套之間(jian)的滑(hua)(hua)動配合間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)太大(da),引起(qi)滑(hua)(hua)動面的受(shou)(shou)壓不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),造(zao)成摩(mo)擦力(li)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),引起(qi)液壓缸低(di)速(su)爬行(xing);滑(hua)(hua)動配合間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)若太小,加上零(ling)部(bu)件制造(zao)存在(zai)公(gong)差,也會引起(qi)滑(hua)(hua)動面的受(shou)(shou)壓不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),造(zao)成摩(mo)擦力(li)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),引起(qi)液壓缸低(di)速(su)爬行(xing)。

2、液壓缸內導向(xiang)元件摩擦力不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻(yun)產(chan)生的低速(su)爬行(xing),液壓缸常用的導向(xiang)材(cai)料有QT500.7、ZQAL9-4、非(fei)(fei)金(jin)屬支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)環(huan)等,特別(bie)是非(fei)(fei)金(jin)屬支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)環(huan)尺(chi)寸(cun)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),一(yi)些(xie)非(fei)(fei)金(jin)屬支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)環(huan)隨油溫變化尺(chi)寸(cun)增大或減小(xiao),即在油液中尺(chi)寸(cun)穩定性差直接造成(cheng)配合間隙的變化,很(hen)容易造成(cheng)液壓缸的速(su)度不(bu)(bu)穩定。
